About Cover Sniper Duel

Two snipers, one field, 44 metres of open ground between two lines of crates. You take turns: while your rival lines up a shot you duck and dodge behind cover, watching its red laser and its scope view creep across your hiding spot. Then the tables turn — you hold to zoom, drag the crosshair onto anything that sticks out and release to fire.

Nothing stays safe for long. Every bullet smashes a block of cover, so a wall of crates slowly turns into a row of gaps. Shoot the cover to flush your rival out, catch them running to the next spot, or hit an explosive barrel and let the blast do the work. A clean headshot does double damage and triggers a slow-motion bullet camera.

Win duels to earn coins and trophies, climb from a sunny beach to rooftops, desert nights, old ruins, snowy ice floes and pine woods, and kit yourself out with upgrades, rifles, special ammo and 20 cartoon sniper outfits.

How to play

1. When the banner says HIDE, drag left or right to move along your cover line; pull down to crouch, up to stand.
2. Watch the red laser dot and the enemy scope in the corner — keep your head below the cover top.
3. On YOUR SHOT, hold anywhere to zoom the scope, drag to aim and lift your finger to fire. You get three bullets per turn.
4. Shoot the cover in front of a hidden rival or the barrel next to them to force them out.
5. Pick up coins, trophies and medkits on your line while you hide — but mind the exposed spots.

Tips & tricks

• Tall covers hide you even standing; low ones only protect your body, so crouch and move on quickly.
• Your rival remembers where it saw you last: after you fire, change your hiding spot.
• A rival running between covers is fully exposed — lead the shot slightly in the direction it moves.
• Two shots on the same column clear it completely; a barrel blast clears a whole section.
• Save TNT ammo for duels where your rival hides deep behind a big wall.
